Data we collect

You can use everything on this site without an account. We do not ask for your name, your email address or any payment details. The following data may be collected automatically:

• Analytics data — page views, session duration, and device type via Google Analytics (anonymised).
• Cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
• Affiliate link tracking — if you click a store link marked with a gold coin icon, affiliate networks may set their own tracking cookies to attribute any subsequent purchase. Epic Games Store links instead carry our Support-A-Creator tag in the web address, and Epic attributes the visit on its own systems without a cookie from us.

If you sign in through Steam

Our game recommendations feature is optional. If you choose to use it, you sign in using Steam's own login — we never see your Steam password.

• What Steam tells us — your Steam ID, and nothing else. Steam does not give us your email address, your real name or any way to message you.
• What we read — the list of games on your Steam account, and only at the moment you ask for recommendations. This requires your Steam “Game details” setting to be public; if it is not, we simply cannot see your games.
• What we keep — nothing. Your Steam ID is held in a cookie in your own browser so the page knows you are signed in, and your list of games is used to build the page and then discarded. There is no account here, and no record of you on our systems to delete.
• Signing out — use the sign-out link, or clear your cookies. The sign-in cookie expires by itself after seven days.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

• Legitimate interest — analytics data is collected to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Consent — tracking cookies from affiliate networks are only placed when you actively click a store link.
• Performing a service you asked for — if you sign in through Steam, we read your games in order to produce the recommendations you requested, and for no other purpose. We do not use them to market anything to you.

Third parties

• Google Analytics — analytics and session tracking. Google Privacy Policy.
• Affiliate networks (Adtraction, Impact) — commission tracking when you purchase via our links.
• Epic Games — revenue-share attribution under Epic's Creator Program when you follow an Epic Games Store link.
• Valve (Steam) — only if you use the optional recommendations feature: Steam verifies who you are and tells us which games you own. Steam Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — site hosting; may log request metadata for security and performance.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Because we hold no account and keep no record of your Steam library, there is in practice nothing of yours for us to retrieve or erase. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask what we hold, please contact us.
